If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size and you are able to provide the original receipt we will offer you an exchange provided the item complies with the following:
is in saleable condition
is unworn or unused with the original packaging/tags still attached
is not subject to the exclusions listed below
the exchange is sought within 30 days of purchase.
If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, store credit or a refund. However if the item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we cannot provide a refund, exchange or store credit.
